DESCRIPTION:Background\nAgroecology offers a holistic approach to sustainable food systems in the tropics\, enhancing resilience\, biodiversity\, and social equity while reducing environmental degradation. There is evidence of environmental\, social\, economic\, and food system benefits of agroecology in many parts of the globe. Africa is yet to benefit fully from the benefits of Agroecology across the continent.
